At Melovio, our mission is to create personalized songs that turn your most meaningful memories into music. Every order we receive is carefully crafted by professional musicians, lyricists, and sound engineers, led by a former The Voice contestant. Because of the highly personalized and creative nature of our work, each product is unique, made-to-order, and cannot be reused, resold, or reassigned to another customer. For this reason, our refund policy differs from that of standard e-commerce products.


 

No Refunds on Delivered Songs

 


Once your personalized song has been delivered to you, the sale is considered final. As each composition is custom-written based on the information you provide, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

 

  • If you change your mind after the song has been delivered

  • If you provided incomplete or inaccurate details in your questionnaire

  • If the final product differs from what you imagined, but reflects the details you initially shared

  • If the product has already been fully created and sent to you

 


Our team invests significant time, creativity, and professional expertise into producing each order, and for that reason, refunds cannot be issued once your song has been delivered.


 

Unlimited Revisions Until Satisfaction

 


Although we cannot refund a delivered order, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that your custom song meets your expectations and feels true to your story. To achieve this, Melovio offers unlimited revisions within the scope of the original request. Revisions may include adjustments such as:

 

  • Modifying lyrics to better reflect your story or emotions

  • Refining tone, mood, or musical style

  • Adjusting pacing, vocal delivery, or arrangement details

  • Minor structural changes to improve the flow of the song

 


Revisions are offered free of charge and will continue until you are completely satisfied with the result. Please note that revisions must remain consistent with the information you originally provided in your order form or survey. Requests that substantially alter the original brief (for example, asking for a completely new story, a different recipient, or a new style outside of what was initially purchased) may be treated as a new order.


 

Technical Issues and Delivery Problems

 


If you encounter technical problems receiving your product — such as email delivery failures, download errors, or corrupted files — this does not constitute final delivery. In such cases, please contact us at Melovio@outlook.com and we will promptly re-send or provide alternative delivery options until you have successfully received your order.


 

Disputes and Misunderstandings

 


We strongly encourage customers to be as detailed and precise as possible when filling out their song questionnaire. The more context and personal details you provide, the more accurate and emotionally powerful your final song will be. If you feel that the product you received does not reflect your original input, please reach out immediately so we can address your concerns through our revision process. Our team will always act in good faith to ensure you are satisfied.


 

Exceptions

 


Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

 

  • If Melovio fails to deliver any version of your song within the guaranteed delivery window (48 hours for Express Delivery, or 3–5 business days for Standard Delivery) and fails to provide a solution after being contacted.

  • If, due to an internal error, your order cannot be completed by our team.

 


In these rare cases, we will work with you directly to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund.
